1. AAA membership 2. Decent culture 3. Great fellow employees

Cons

1. Terrible management that micro manages, manipulates, is deceitful, and will to throw their associates under the bus for political/executive management approval 2. Terrible pay as compared to financial / insurance industry 3. Very poor advancement / career opportunities...many people are stuck in a rut. 4. Most employees nearing retirement age with little or no desire to work and help new employees. 5. Bad attitude expressed by most managers. 6. Unwillingness to provide motivation and direction to help guide new associates. 7. Terrible HR staff that only sees associates on hiring and firing day.

There is a lot of urgent work that pops up and limits ability to upskill and transform processes.

Pros

Depending on the position… Monday-Friday, partial remote work. Snacks in office in all break rooms. Some departments feel like a family and that they care about you which is nice. If you get into a good department, you feel like you’re heard and appreciated.

Cons

Management in some departments are absolutely terrible. They play favorites, and target those who they don’t like. You can go from being an exceptional employee to the dirt on their shoes real quick and you’ll know it. Upper management ask for anon feedback, but nothing changes. A lot of departments feel like a call center, and other departments expect you to do a ton of work while taking a ton of calls. If you don’t keep your numbers, which is hard to do, you’re in trouble
