It is very evident that direct sourcing of QUALITY LEADS to certain sales associates connected to home office and home office personnel has been and continues to commence within AAA Life Insurance. Management and HR are aware, but they continue to look the other way. The home office "click" is protected and no amount of feedback from the field has any impact. A simple report or investigation on where exactly the QUALITY LEADS are being sourced from and to whom would put an end to this deceptive and fraudulent activity once and for all. This is, in essence, stealing money from the other sales associates, who are putting in the hours and have no where near the quality leads that certain associates have, month in and month out. Transparency and Integrity are constantly toted as the values of AAA Life insurance, but this insider injustice and inequity and the "look the other way" mentality of management clearly proves otherwise.
