not micromanaged friendly management no weekends

Cons

*remote option taken away only for certain departments *your responsible for everyone elses work since it eventually lands at your desk *senior underwriters are on their way out and dont care anymore *computer system replaced with an even older model that you have to code no point and click *

They're pretty committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for many different demographics.

Cons

Protocols are changed often without warning or any input from the people who will actually have to implement them, and sometimes employees receive contradictory information from different sources because nobody knows what's going on. Management has largely been outsourced to TX and CA and those managers have their own local teams too and don't care about their MO subordinates at all.
