Pros

Very much a 9 to 5 type job. Nice onsite cafeteria, however prices doubled when the renovations were completed. Decent time off. Depending on manager, can come and go as needed.

Cons

Where to start? Offered over 200 people early retirement packages because they need the money to pay for a pet project. Now they are scrambling because over 70% of the people took the offer. They were only anticipating 35 to 40% to take it. Tells you how unhappy a lot of people are. Roles being vacated are not be backfilled. Workload being spread across who is left. Management thinks people will be okay with this for the next 6 months while they figure out what to do next. National Office is run very poorly and senior management is very disengaged. Building maintenance has been put off in order to pay for other things. Think long and hard before applying for a position here. Large clubs control everything. National office will not be around in the next 5 years if this one pet project is not successful. Yes ALL AAA eggs are in one basket.
