The company culture operates as if it is the 1960s, barely able to market itself in a digital environment and too dependent on direct mail. New executives believe that getting rid of older employees and promoting young inexperienced people is the way to "modernize" the culture, but it's actually the organizational chart itself that keeps the company looking backward instead of forward.
