Pros

Remote, equipment provided, not any more Pros, if Part-time, 3 days off, but you have to work 6 hr days for that extra day

Cons

Endless calls, members are upset. High turnover rate! AAA contractors treat members horribly. Do not get me started on the many supervisors, they are condescending, not helpful, and did I mention you do not have time to even take a sip of water. Impossible to really note a members complaint completely as you cannot be in an "afterwork" state for even a second without a supervisor popping up asking if you need help, or a call longer than 4 mins. If you can thrive in this kind of environment, my kudos to you.

There is a lot of room to contribute and cross-collaborate with other teams Sense of purpose Hybrid work

Cons

Work Volume is high, they utilize your skillset in multiple ways Like to start with contractors
