      Pros

      After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level). -a true work life balance -amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up) -a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)

      Cons

      -after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.

      Amazing company to work for, values members and staff! Communication is easy. Teamwork, someone is always available to help. Extensive training to ensure you have time to learn/understand the job.

      Collaborative and supportive team environment. Good exposure to Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies. Opportunities to work on enterprise-scale applications and modern development practices.

      Career growth and promotions can sometimes be slower than expected.
