      Pros

      Works well with employees to provide them their needs outside of anything monetary. Time-off was rarely an issue and support from direct management was “ok” at best

      Cons

      It’s no secret that this is a dying organization that no longer has the cash flow required to operate with the increasing overhead.

      Amazing company to work for, values members and staff! Communication is easy. Teamwork, someone is always available to help. Extensive training to ensure you have time to learn/understand the job.

      • I loved how informative the meeting was • loved the questions at the end as well and I enjoyed how everyone cares about the employees

      None at the moment, town hall meeting was great
