      Tough to find anything positive.

      Cons

      Super cheap company that’s behind the times. Small, cramped, and loud offices with no remote or hybrid options. Terrible pay and outrageous cost for benefits. Handful of agents do well but the majority struggle. High turnover and always reducing your pay and amount of commission you can make.

      Amazing company to work for, values members and staff! Communication is easy. Teamwork, someone is always available to help. Extensive training to ensure you have time to learn/understand the job.

      • I loved how informative the meeting was • loved the questions at the end as well and I enjoyed how everyone cares about the employees

      None at the moment, town hall meeting was great
