      Everyone got along at the company there was no type of drama between employees . Everyone worked together to get reach the status quo of the day.

      Cons

      Management never knew what they were doing always had to call people in India to get answers. Always unexpected were closed dropped on you.

      Small business allows me to talk with owners and peers in same hour. My impact both good and bad is part of the process

      Sometimes the talent does not enjoy staying at the small family run place so turnover can be seen as high
