      Pros

      Very fast revolving door. Always looking for low earning employees. will hire from the door in lumberton.

      Cons

      they "write up" everyone for anyone's mistakes. They have a system to catch mistakes But, the system is broken and they can't see their losing $$ by "fixing" them instead of paying well to keep good employees. I've seen employees work 12 hours and drive off the clock to the other location to work more. this kind of behavior is expected. Less than 25% of employees have worked there for a year due to treatment and low wages.

      Pros

      Small business allows me to talk with owners and peers in same hour. My impact both good and bad is part of the process

      Cons

      Sometimes the talent does not enjoy staying at the small family run place so turnover can be seen as high
