      Cons

      Very poor Health insurance with HIGH deductible. They keep pushing employees to sign up for 401k which has hidden fees and very low company contribution that they Don't speak about clearly. Shady.

      Small business allows me to talk with owners and peers in same hour. My impact both good and bad is part of the process

      Sometimes the talent does not enjoy staying at the small family run place so turnover can be seen as high
