There is endless opportunities for extra cash and bonuses on every call with upsells and they offer pto and unpaid time off if you let them know in advance.

Cons

Overall management can be rough along with sales requirements and metrics that add lots of pressure onto you.

Pros

Yearly bonus, small stipend for working from home for internet, Celebrate As One Points rewarded to use to purchase products, HSA/FSA.

Cons

Micromanaging to the point where you become hyper aware and race to get the numbers according to flawed metrics. It's very demoralizing. Role out of new systems and processes that cause too many issues the hinder a smooth work day, but you're still expected to complete a certain amount of tasks. A back office Admin function does not need call center type metrics.
