Are there any? Can't think of any.

Cons

Management is unprofessional, pay is low, 'The customer is always right'- but be ready to literally have that slapped in your face & screamed at you every day. They don't care about their employees at all. You're a butt in a seat.

Pros

Yearly bonus, small stipend for working from home for internet, Celebrate As One Points rewarded to use to purchase products, HSA/FSA.

Cons

Micromanaging to the point where you become hyper aware and race to get the numbers according to flawed metrics. It's very demoralizing. Role out of new systems and processes that cause too many issues the hinder a smooth work day, but you're still expected to complete a certain amount of tasks. A back office Admin function does not need call center type metrics.
