      Pros

      Great work life balance, great location in south Tampa. Senior management is awesome, very clear strategic vision. Many employees have been there 10+ years, so the stability is great.

      Cons

      VERY outdated and slow systems. Middle management isn't always on same page with senior mgmt. vision, leading to unclear expectations. Because there are many employees who have been there for so long, there isn't much innovation taking place. Many times you hear, "that's the way it's always been done".

      Pros

      Yearly bonus, small stipend for working from home for internet, Celebrate As One Points rewarded to use to purchase products, HSA/FSA.

      Cons

      Micromanaging to the point where you become hyper aware and race to get the numbers according to flawed metrics. It's very demoralizing. Role out of new systems and processes that cause too many issues the hinder a smooth work day, but you're still expected to complete a certain amount of tasks. A back office Admin function does not need call center type metrics.
