Pros

Pay & Benefits are competitive. Annual Bonus, Healthy amount of PTO and holidays. Health Insurance is probably probably equivalent to the average cost and coverage of all employers.

Cons

Company is buying up other companies and trying to align efficiently. In doing so, there is constant churn in leadership and the company’s only consistent management philosophy is growth. Work life balance is not a thing if you work for one of the non-AAA/ACG branded company’s owned by ACG. Culture at the child company I work for was great when I started with the company, but the more ACG has started to take over “leadership”, the worse the culture has gotten. Largely due ACG leadership squeezing out human capital and making it so difficult for front line management to hold people accountable.

Pros

Yearly bonus, small stipend for working from home for internet, Celebrate As One Points rewarded to use to purchase products, HSA/FSA.

Cons

Micromanaging to the point where you become hyper aware and race to get the numbers according to flawed metrics. It's very demoralizing. Role out of new systems and processes that cause too many issues the hinder a smooth work day, but you're still expected to complete a certain amount of tasks. A back office Admin function does not need call center type metrics.
