Pros

Established not for profit origination that does really good job of promoting from within the company.

Cons

Depending on what department you are in employee turn over is extremely high, almost 70% of new hires are out the door is 2 months. The company invest a month of training only to fire the employee over a no issues that had no effect on production. Compensation is low compared to the amount of stress placed on employee to perform. The staffing firm pay is the same as being employed by the company which offers no value to convert to AAA employee. Polices are not uniform throughout the company as far as attendance.

Pros

Yearly bonus, small stipend for working from home for internet, Celebrate As One Points rewarded to use to purchase products, HSA/FSA.

Cons

Micromanaging to the point where you become hyper aware and race to get the numbers according to flawed metrics. It's very demoralizing. Role out of new systems and processes that cause too many issues the hinder a smooth work day, but you're still expected to complete a certain amount of tasks. A back office Admin function does not need call center type metrics.
