Pros
> Coworkers and most line leaders are nice & do their best to make production > Decent pay if you don't join thru a 3rd party > somewhat easy work if you're trained properly > Some benefits > 50-60 hrs in the season > small production bonus
Cons
> very poor training, within 3 days you either learn their complicated constructing techniques on the job from your poor coworker who's at the same time trying to make production with the line leaders expecting a production bonus, or you're fired. > fiberglass, everywhere. Fiberglass in you hands, clothes, hair, and even more in the air you breathe. Many employees developed coughs and temps/newbies are never warned of the actual dangers > life draining. 11 hours a day for 6 days with short notice of hour changes. Doing the exact same thing everyday, standing in the exact same position and only moving for breaks.
