One law suit after another. Lazy, uncaring HR is aware and ignores abuse of employees. Blatant verbal and personal harassment, pay disparity and unethical practices is common. Extreme high turnover from Director down. Inept management in entrenched, keeping hostile work environment alive in the field and in manufacturing plants. Loss of sales channels relationships due to ignorance and lack of respect for basic principles. Significant customer sales loss due to purposeful degradation of product quality. The long time entrenched boys club killed the once loyal customer base and dedicated workforce. Leadership is by fear, doubt, uncertainty. Decisions are made and action taken to position sales numbers in fictitious manner in order for director level and above to be able to receive bonus. Lying, cheating, stealing from employees' earned income and customer deliverables is common practice. All to make numbers look good for the Japanese owners. Basic moral principles are nonexistent. Former CEO and director team allowed to publicly terrorize employees. Concerted aggressive effort to push employees out who threatened their intelligence. Director bonus paycheck was driving force in decision making procedure. Field sales employees were expected to lie to customers and partners about product specifications and quality elements, order delivery expectations and shipping up-charges. Sales quotas were changed mid quarter to throw off employees ability to meet commission goals. No sales support or sales promotion material. No advertising or marketing. Competitors are well aware of and capitalizing on paralyzing culture. Work you to death. The pay is not remotely close to worth the hail to go through. Employee lawsuits are common knowledge and wear on employee morale. Hours are spent talking about the unbelievable situations employees have to deal with and egregious amounts of time is wasted by employees doing their best to compensate for management failure. Work here and you will shave years off of your life for every minute you waste in the catastrophe. How the doors stay open is a mystery. They are losing business wildly rapid. They take customers for dumb. This place is going to junk bond status.
