Reporting structure politics - Anonymous employee AAMC Employee Review

Very difficult to get work done because of politics between business and IT. Business and IT report to different chiefs which makes cross functional teamwork nonexistent. Would not be as bad if IT would acknowledge this. Giving feedback to IT is a constant struggle. I have never worked at a place where such defensive and borderline immature behavior is tolerated.
