Pros

work-life balance (for some) some kind, well-meaning and dedicated people work there good if you hit it and quit it (stay < 4 years then move on)

Cons

The pus is still draining from the blisters this place inflicted on my soul. Okay, not quite--but when your day-to-day starts to resemble an episode of "The Office," it's time to move on. Managers do not get adequate training, so you might get stuck with one who does literally nothing else but micromanage their staff to death. And despite the CEO's directive that anyone who can do their work remotely should be enabled to do so, if your manager "just doesn't like" their staff doing work remotely (shrug), then you're out of luck. And if your manager punishes you for your having spoken with HR about their poor management skills, guess what HR will tell you to do? "Talk to your manager." Worse than useless.
