Pros
I really like it so far. I came from a much smaller shop and I’m happier here. They offer their employees healthcare benefits, and this is the first time in my life I have healthcare through my job.
Cons
Physical labor is never easy. You’ve got to take care of your body outside of work hours if you want it to last long. I don’t care if some people see it as unnecessary expense, I get a massage every week because I know in the long-run that’s what’s going to keep me trucking.
