Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay and a strong support staff. Upper management have high expectations, but they have your back when needed. I found that I was given the opportunity to run it like I owned it. There is a culture of great repair work and hospitality that is expected. Found my time there to be fruitful.
Cons
Hard to have family time with the long hours. The pay compensates. For me the reason to leave was to get the one thing that the company could not provide, time with my loved ones. If I loved closer or my kids were more grown I could have stayed and retired there.
