Pros

Named one of Computerworld's 2016 List of 100 Best Places to Work in IT. Inconceivable!

Cons

The advocate for the American worker outsourced its entire IT department to an Indian company in 2013 and 2014 in a desperate attempt at cost cutting. Hundreds of American workers suffered because leadership couldn't find efficiencies through better focus, productivity, and smarter decisions. The budget problem was mostly caused by a classic ERP implementation failure. A typical series of events that bankrupts many companies. But none of the decision makers behind it suffered as much as the IT workers who weren't even involved.

Pros

I was able to take on multiple responsibilities, like research and volunteer engagement, with consideration of my time and workload from school.

Cons

At times, I felt like my work wasn’t as important or could’ve been done by my supervisors, especially when projects were close to completion, they would be altered but I understand it was for time efficiency.
