Pros

I am an RN and have done three different assignments with AB. I always find them kind and receptive. If I have a bad day I just text my recruiter and she is on it and willing to help. They are really fun. Check out their Facebook page. Great group of people. I love that they pay weekly. My living expense pay is very fair. I never feel pressure to accept an assignment if I don’t feel like it is a good fit for me.

Cons

They don’t pay travel but I don’t mind this because if an assignment ends unexpectedly, with other companies you are responsible to pay them back. I would rather charge it and pay it off in my own time if I need to. They do offer a fast pay advance after your first day of work which helps. You do get deductions out of your future checks to pay this back but it is not a large amount so it is not a big deal.

Pros

From the very first interview with Travis, my 2nd interview with the sales team and the job shadow, I felt like I was set up for success from the very beginning. Each interview went into detail about the hard parts of this job but also why this opportunity is a great next step in my career! It has followed through exactly how they described it and I have loved talking to clinicians every day to help them find jobs!

Cons

Training, you get straight out to the floor so it is a lot of learning by doing/shadowing which I enjoy! It is a lot of information but they prepped for that in the interview process

Pros

- Increase on bonus structure, offers more recruiters to make more $ - Great management, I think maybe this varies on teams and personal experience but I have always felt incredibly supported -401k with match, health insurance isnt too bad - New training team = help with management, there is a lot to learn for new recruiters so this helps balance things a bit. - Great interworking team, I have seen other teams have the same - Marketing really tries to make events for the office + add to the culture which is nice/fun!

Cons

- Lower base salary (44K), can make things incredibly stressful if you have a smaller book of business, lots of turnover due to this - Not a whole lot of room to "move up", limited on management positions, no significant base increase for tenured employees
