Pros

You talk on the phone a lot- you really need to like people. 80 dials a day is an expectation.

Cons

Don’t waste your time applying for any jobs with AB staffing. The turnover rate is higher than ever, management play favoritism and if you are not a friend “with the right people” you can’t move up or make any decent commission.

All of our recruiter positions have the job of finding and placing healthcare professionals and making sure they are taken care of while on contract. This is definitely a role that needs to enjoy talking with people on the phone. Our commission structure is and always has been based off of performance and not who you are friends with in the office. Pros

From the very first interview with Travis, my 2nd interview with the sales team and the job shadow, I felt like I was set up for success from the very beginning. Each interview went into detail about the hard parts of this job but also why this opportunity is a great next step in my career! It has followed through exactly how they described it and I have loved talking to clinicians every day to help them find jobs!

Cons

Training, you get straight out to the floor so it is a lot of learning by doing/shadowing which I enjoy! It is a lot of information but they prepped for that in the interview process

Pros

- Increase on bonus structure, offers more recruiters to make more $ - Great management, I think maybe this varies on teams and personal experience but I have always felt incredibly supported -401k with match, health insurance isnt too bad - New training team = help with management, there is a lot to learn for new recruiters so this helps balance things a bit. - Great interworking team, I have seen other teams have the same - Marketing really tries to make events for the office + add to the culture which is nice/fun!

Cons

- Lower base salary (44K), can make things incredibly stressful if you have a smaller book of business, lots of turnover due to this - Not a whole lot of room to "move up", limited on management positions, no significant base increase for tenured employees
