Pros
AB Staffing is always on top of things and going the extra mile to make sure my experience as a traveling pharmacist goes smoothly. If there ever is an issue, they work tirelessly to resolve it as soon as possible to allow me to focus on my position providing high level patient care. If there is ever an issue that cannot be fully resolved due to various restrictions, they have on numerous occasions gone out of their way to try and make up for said issues in other avenues. Time after time my handler, June W, has ensured my experience both at the clinical site and my experience with AB Staffing has been nothing short of amazing.
Cons
It is part of the job description, but the sometimes lack of long term stability in 3-month contracts, even if extended multiple times, can be challenging for life planning. Additionally, the site may have a year contract with AB Staffing, but internally are not expecting to utilize the full year which can cause miscommunication and altered expectations when going to a site. Everything has worked out for me, but the potential is there for some issues - again, not an issue with the staffing company.
