Pros

Everyone is nice. They provide lunches occasionally and coffee

Cons

Untrained managers Lack of training overall No accountability Favoritism Work load is way over what other payroll specialist are expected to do. Empty promises of improvement or training. Not resolutions or assistance to issues. When asking for help, constantly met with excuses. It clear the employees are just a number, the turnover rate is so high due to the lack of as assistance from the manger, examples and documentations are provided when requested for assistance but never acted on. HR provides no support to employees seeking help and resolution to on going problems.

Pros

From the very first interview with Travis, my 2nd interview with the sales team and the job shadow, I felt like I was set up for success from the very beginning. Each interview went into detail about the hard parts of this job but also why this opportunity is a great next step in my career! It has followed through exactly how they described it and I have loved talking to clinicians every day to help them find jobs!

Cons

Training, you get straight out to the floor so it is a lot of learning by doing/shadowing which I enjoy! It is a lot of information but they prepped for that in the interview process

Pros

- Increase on bonus structure, offers more recruiters to make more $ - Great management, I think maybe this varies on teams and personal experience but I have always felt incredibly supported -401k with match, health insurance isnt too bad - New training team = help with management, there is a lot to learn for new recruiters so this helps balance things a bit. - Great interworking team, I have seen other teams have the same - Marketing really tries to make events for the office + add to the culture which is nice/fun!

Cons

- Lower base salary (44K), can make things incredibly stressful if you have a smaller book of business, lots of turnover due to this - Not a whole lot of room to "move up", limited on management positions, no significant base increase for tenured employees
