Pros

- Files H1 but employ needs to pay the fees

Cons

- Company guaranties H1 approval, if you get through the lottery. But they are not capable of responding to RFE appropriately. And your H1 may be denied. - Management is not cooperative to go through the H1 filing process. It seems like they don't care about you until you get your H1 approved.
