Pros
The best part of ABARTA is the people. Everyone is incredibly kind and willing to help. They have a great training program as well. The leadership has always been top notch. Incredibly respectful, and intelligent people but very approachable if you’re having any issues whatsoever. This is a great company to work for if you are not the type to like to sit around from 8-5 every day. You will get your steps in for sure and meet a lot of people during the process.
Cons
It’s difficult to get promoted. It is all based on availability of positions. There doesn’t seem to be a ton of opportunity to move up quickly. Patience is key. People stay with the company, which is good in the grand scheme of things.
