It's extremely physically demanding. You'll end up having back problems in time. I don't care if you lift with your legs and 100% properly. But, when you're throwing around cases of water weight all day, it takes a toll on your back. Account managers and your merchandising manager will constantly be all over you. You forget to take out one little item, and you'll get emails and phone calls. You have a company phone and it's almost as if you're on call your entire life. Sometimes you work so hard, non-stop, and your manager criticizes you for it. All together, it's just completely ridiculous.
