Que:- Do you need money for your hardwork? Ans:- If yes then please don't join i-next Solutions. They are doing fraud to their employees and never give the salary on time. 1- You can take a single day off in month. They will deduct each day salary. 2) Salary delay. No fix date, Sometime you will get salary after two months. If you will ask for the same then it will delay more. 3) MD has no sense how to talk with the employees. I have never seen such kind of MD in my career. (Md doesn't even know how to talk with employees, he always use 'nonsense' word for their employees.) 4) No flexibility, if you are a second late after 10 AM then your half day salary is gone. Company always finds a reason to deduct your salary. 5) HR is just a showcase. They even can’t answer you for a basic question.In every 6 months you will find a new HR there. 6) Frustrated environment.
