      Perks are great, shows are impressive hits, Burbank is a good place to work, company has some good people

      Cons

      You won't get promoted for 7 years, there are some terrible people, you will be taken for granted.

      Pros

      Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

      Cons

      Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
