Depending on the team that you are on, for most of our teams work/life balance is always a challenge. We are all obsessed with making our clients raving fans and at times that can challenge our individual management of work/life balance. One of the keys to promotions at ABC is the positive professionalism to get feedback to improve. At times it can be hard to see what we need to work on as individuals. Others may see this, we may not, and that can allow for perceptions and unfortunately negative feelings about others.
