Pros

management was amazing! I really enjoyed the class omg the trainers were awesome they hate to see you fail and they try their best to help you understand. at first I was so nervous I thought I was lost! David Car was my supervisor and he always knew how to lift me up and keep me head strong. I struggled with long times on call because I did not know how to get the caller off with out feeling like I was getting rid of them I didn't want to seem like I didn't care. but they helped me work on that , unfortunately after my 5 week training then got promoted and even a mail pin , I had a family situation that was immediate. I hated to leave because was just getting used to it. I end up getting hired after my situation from another company but I would love to come back and move up with the company. I think the fact that you can work from home off weekends and able to make up xtra time by processing mail on Saturdays if available is great! there is so much at ABC they are more than just a financial company my 8 months there were a learning but well worth it time. I hope to one day come back finish and grow with the company. oh I love the 1hr lunches and the training

Cons

I would say if there is any,is the grading system , I mean its agreat concept but no matter how compassionate or empathetic I was on the phone to customers it seem to never be good enough that was the only thing discouraging other than that all good!

Pros

The team culture here is truly outstanding, everyone is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to make new members feel included from day one. The collaborative atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions and get support, regardless of your role or experience level. People are genuinely kind, approachable, and eager to share their knowledge. It's a great environment for learning and growing, especially as an intern.

Cons

Everyone on the team is extremely busy, which means projects can sometimes lack clear structure or defined goals. It can be difficult to get dedicated time from mentors or leads to move initiatives forward, so projects may feel somewhat ambiguous or slow to progress. Being proactive is a must, as things can get lost in the shuffle when everyone has a lot on their plate.
