Pros

- Culture, I am a bit biased on this one, mainly for the fact this place is close to the Arkansas River, when I am in town I do a lot of fishing from members from other teams (woot team bonding). Everyone is friendly and I've never had issues collaborating with members from other teams to tackle road blocks along the way. - it's definitely an environment where you can ask questions without being ridiculed. I've worked at a few places in my day where people get bug eyed when you are asking a question. - The work is good steady pace which for my position is 70% tech I know and 30% tech I need to ramp up on and grow. Nothing stagnant and I'm always growing - Leadership is understanding to your personal life. I'm remote and they do their best for bringing me on site to not leave my wife alone with all of our kids to fend for her self for too long. One of the few companies I've worked for that respects and acknowledges that we might have families and need to spend some time with them. -to go with previous bullet leadership I've interacted with never demanded my respect they earned it, I've been an employee and had ups and downs, they have went way above and beyond not only for myself but, for my family. Hands down best leadership I've ever had the pleasure of working for.

Cons

I don't really have any cons to list, I judge my job based on if I wake up in the morning and can't wait to get to my desk. If I did have cons I'd just hit up leadership to discuss it because well it's an actual open door policy here.

Pros

The team culture here is truly outstanding, everyone is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to make new members feel included from day one. The collaborative atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions and get support, regardless of your role or experience level. People are genuinely kind, approachable, and eager to share their knowledge. It's a great environment for learning and growing, especially as an intern.

Cons

Everyone on the team is extremely busy, which means projects can sometimes lack clear structure or defined goals. It can be difficult to get dedicated time from mentors or leads to move initiatives forward, so projects may feel somewhat ambiguous or slow to progress. Being proactive is a must, as things can get lost in the shuffle when everyone has a lot on their plate.
