Very bad communication. Higherups send mix messages to their employees in regards to what to do. How to do it. What is ok and what is not ok.
Schedules they force you with are awful. Weird hours. They give the better schedules to their favorites. Not to who is doing best like they said they would.
Training is absolute insanity. They tell you its a few quizzes and a final test to get the job.
Its a quiz EVERY week you have to pass.
Then the final test. And they make it out like you get the job. But then theirs another test after the "final" you have to pass.
They lost alot of good potential employees with this over the top training.
And if they fail, they never can get a chance fo work with the company again.
Training is so mismanaged. They throw you in with multiple people to train you. Each trainer gives you "THEIR" way on how to do things. Which doesnt help when you need THE RIGHT WAY to pass the exams.
