Pros

After Mr. Bottin left, nothing has been the same. Paul Schaller stepped down this summer after 39 years. Now new blood comes in, with great insight....however... they want to replace the same people they have trained for multiple areas and now want to replace them...I think the Gym owners will have a rude awakening...knowing new people will handle those critical calls...I really felt like after the Changing of the Guard... things would never be the same...and that's unfortunate...And for agents that are trained in multiple areas are called to let them know they are not needed...that's very sad.. the front line defense for the Legacy of Mr. Bottin... The creed used to be...Fast and Friendly....Everything Else Can Be Forgiven

Cons

Keep the model. Just get rid of unnecessary agents that are not up to par...

Pros

The team culture here is truly outstanding, everyone is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to make new members feel included from day one. The collaborative atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions and get support, regardless of your role or experience level. People are genuinely kind, approachable, and eager to share their knowledge. It's a great environment for learning and growing, especially as an intern.

Cons

Everyone on the team is extremely busy, which means projects can sometimes lack clear structure or defined goals. It can be difficult to get dedicated time from mentors or leads to move initiatives forward, so projects may feel somewhat ambiguous or slow to progress. Being proactive is a must, as things can get lost in the shuffle when everyone has a lot on their plate.
