Pros

Work is M-F, 40hrs, weekends and Paid Holidays off.

Cons

Not being able to diffuse members or clients (the clubs) when they become disrespectful. Management has "favorites" and will only offer advancement opportunities to those they favor. Back in the early Summer of 2019, we were brought into a meeting with some higher ups who told us they were training people in Thailand to help expand the company internationally. They swore this is to help create more money and opportunities for the company and had NOTHING to do with our jobs. Guess what? In October of this year we were told our position was being terminated and that they were outsourcing our jobs to Thailand. Only certain departments would remain US based. People cried during that zoom meeting. We were told some would have their jobs until April, others until July. They would offer a $1500 bonus and hob help for 6 months if we stayed on until then. They wanted to hold us hostage. They haven't even told the clients (the clubs) that they outsourced.

Pros

The team culture here is truly outstanding, everyone is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to make new members feel included from day one. The collaborative atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions and get support, regardless of your role or experience level. People are genuinely kind, approachable, and eager to share their knowledge. It's a great environment for learning and growing, especially as an intern.

Cons

Everyone on the team is extremely busy, which means projects can sometimes lack clear structure or defined goals. It can be difficult to get dedicated time from mentors or leads to move initiatives forward, so projects may feel somewhat ambiguous or slow to progress. Being proactive is a must, as things can get lost in the shuffle when everyone has a lot on their plate.
