Pros

Work from home That is about it

Cons

ABC Fitness does not value their employees the first bit. If you work in the call center, you have been thrown around like a rag doll with a layoff date because HR and senior leadership have no clue how to run a department. Our jobs are being outsourced to the Philippines and we are lied consistently! It is sad they are giving some a false sense of "hope" that they will be kept when the progress towards outsourcing is continuing and they just recently announced a transition to outsourced technical support. If you are still in the call center - run run run.

Hello - thank you for providing your comments and feedback. While there were some delays in transition due to 2020 being a unique and difficult year, all information was always made available to employees on a timely and transparent basis. Transitioning of work to partners is a business decision that is influenced by many factors including attrition and expertise. We have always provided our employees more than adequate notice of any transition, in each case more than 6 months in advance of actual transition date along with providing them with financial and outplacement support. I believe this demonstrates the value we place on all our employees. If you still have concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly at HR@abcfitness.com.

Pros

The team culture here is truly outstanding, everyone is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to make new members feel included from day one. The collaborative atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions and get support, regardless of your role or experience level. People are genuinely kind, approachable, and eager to share their knowledge. It's a great environment for learning and growing, especially as an intern.

Cons

Everyone on the team is extremely busy, which means projects can sometimes lack clear structure or defined goals. It can be difficult to get dedicated time from mentors or leads to move initiatives forward, so projects may feel somewhat ambiguous or slow to progress. Being proactive is a must, as things can get lost in the shuffle when everyone has a lot on their plate.
