Pros
Allowance to work hard, but not too hard. Very lax about job performance. Eager with money and rewarding employees (Christmas Turkey).
Cons
Stressful. Upper management was limited to their own departmental knowledge and too busy to communicate. Call center was getting more and more "corporate"--more calls, more protocol.
