Pros

After the bad taste left over from the way myself and several others were used for a project and then cleaned out, I can not give a Pro for the company.

Cons

Lies, distrust, unclear communication, Unethical behavior, standards not applied the same for all in the same position, significant nepotism, too many games and more side stepping than I've seen in my career.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. It is unfortunate that our communication caused you to feel that we lied and fostered distrust. Our intention is never to mislead or be misunderstood. We want our team members to understand the whole picture. We always want to be consistent in the development of our people. All Travel Techs must go through 3 weeks of training, and receive a pass/fail for that training. That testing is only for product knowledge, it shows commitment to learn the product. We also consider their presentation skills, soft skills, non-verbal communication, and in many cases this is what can hurt people who have negative or pessimistic dispositions. We also try to catch that in the interview process, however pressure in training can also bring it out. Many of ABC’s positions are contingent on maintaining very specific quality standards, certifications, or passing specific training requirement, and everyone is responsible for creating raving fans. Because I am not completely sure of many of your statements, I would like the opportunity to talk with you and understand all of your concerns. We want to be a great place to work, provide great career growth, and be the best in creating Raving Fans. Please contact Bill Murray at CHRO@abcfinancial.com

Pros

The team culture here is truly outstanding, everyone is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to make new members feel included from day one. The collaborative atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions and get support, regardless of your role or experience level. People are genuinely kind, approachable, and eager to share their knowledge. It's a great environment for learning and growing, especially as an intern.

Cons

Everyone on the team is extremely busy, which means projects can sometimes lack clear structure or defined goals. It can be difficult to get dedicated time from mentors or leads to move initiatives forward, so projects may feel somewhat ambiguous or slow to progress. Being proactive is a must, as things can get lost in the shuffle when everyone has a lot on their plate.
