Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. It is unfortunate that our communication caused you to feel that we lied and fostered distrust. Our intention is never to mislead or be misunderstood. We want our team members to understand the whole picture. We always want to be consistent in the development of our people. All Travel Techs must go through 3 weeks of training, and receive a pass/fail for that training. That testing is only for product knowledge, it shows commitment to learn the product. We also consider their presentation skills, soft skills, non-verbal communication, and in many cases this is what can hurt people who have negative or pessimistic dispositions. We also try to catch that in the interview process, however pressure in training can also bring it out. Many of ABC’s positions are contingent on maintaining very specific quality standards, certifications, or passing specific training requirement, and everyone is responsible for creating raving fans. Because I am not completely sure of many of your statements, I would like the opportunity to talk with you and understand all of your concerns.
