- It is okay for a company to focus on new products and growth, but ABC Management is 100% focused on new product development. Older products are languishing and buried in technical debt.
- After many good employees have left ABC in the last few months, especially from the Little Rock Office, Management is just now starting to address attrition. For months, the loss of talent was seemingly ignored in favor of hiring new employees or contractors.
