The collaborative atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions and get support, regardless of your role or experience level. People are genuinely kind, approachable, and eager to share their knowledge. It's a great environment for learning and growing, especially as an intern.

Everyone on the team is extremely busy, which means projects can sometimes lack clear structure or defined goals. It can be difficult to get dedicated time from mentors or leads to move initiatives forward, so projects may feel somewhat ambiguous or slow to progress. Being proactive is a must, as things can get lost in the shuffle when everyone has a lot on their plate.
