This hands down was the most bazaar place I have ever worked. They claim to have a work life balance but I was expected to put in 10-12 hours days. The company is running big portion of business on an ERP built in 1998. Management has no clue how bad customer personal banking data is managed and it seems like they don't care. It is so scary how lackadaisical they are with credit card and banking info. Management is very deceitful and will lie to upper management about all the mismanaged processes. Employees are not held accountable for when they cause thousands erroneous transactions. There are no company process & procedures and it is truly a free for all. If you have any integrity or ethics this is NOT the place for you. Example - I did not work in HR but each day I and a large group of folks NOT in HR received emails on departing employees and provided the employees reason for leaving along with personal info and home address WOW right!!!
