First thing first Management is a BIG disappointment! I can't STRESS this enough... Very Poor Management. Too many Micro Managers. Always hiring Managers with no production skills or management skills what so ever. Starting pay is not very good. Hardly any raises even when cost of living goes up and/or even if you move up into a "Management" position. If you start off being SALARY they will work you to DEATH, and if you end up being HOURLY you are NOT ALLOWED to work OVERTIME. Just to throw that out there. There’s a lot of Promises but they rarely own up to any of those promises. If so it's years later. No Help or Support in any such way? Besides IT and even that is IFFY sometimes…. The BIGGEST thing is that they “ALWAYS” are blaming others or something else for any mistakes but yet never taking any responsibility for their own actions. EVERYONE WILL THROW YOU UNDER THE BUS. Watch your BACK. I wasted many years with this company, I hope you don't make the same mistake too.
