Don't work in this company - Graphic Designer/Prepress ABC Imaging Employee Review

Inefficient management style. Upper management doesn’t know how to communicate tasks. A constant sense of intimidation comes from upper management. Lack of equipment, e.g. outdated computers and software to work with your daily tasks., e.g. You have to work with old computers & software and do your best out of it. Or, work on someone else’s computer, when that person is not around. Constant sense of bullying by some coworkers. If you make a mistake, you’ll be questioned and/or negatively criticized. Favoritism is very noticeable in the workplace.
