      Good place to work if you don't worry about raises or yearly income.good branch level management. You get 30 minutes for lunch

      Little to no pay increases below management level.below pay standards for same jobs at competing companys in the same industry.broken or beat up equipment , managers afraid to fix or worried about their bottom line making ABC one of the worst truck safety violation standard according DOT 2015 .subpar benefits package in the industry.ABC is a above the neck company meaning all bonuses all perks are given to branch managers and above.drivers , helpers, inside sales, are paid below industry standard. It doesn't take long for employees to understand the system and leave the company which makes them the leader in employee turnover rate in this industry

      Pros

      I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at ABC Supply. The level of appreciation that they show their employees is immeasurable. The company truly stands behind their values, especially when it comes to family! Being apart of the nations largest roofing distributor certainly takes hustle and grind, but I promise that my teams hard work has never gone unrecognized. Working at ABC in Jacksonville, FL has been life changing. If you want opportunities for growth and to be challenged in a positive way...then this is the company for you. It’s a company you want your family to work for.

      Cons

      Genuinely no cons. It’s a demanding job, in the sense that it’s competitive and requires much dedication...along with creative thinking and other skills! They of course give you all the resources you need to be successful. If you don’t have the skills, I promise this company will help develop you. You just have to CARE for your customers and work hard for your branch.
