      Pros

      I enjoyed working for this company because the work atmosphere was friendly but structured. I was able to accomplish tasks in a busy work enviornment and compensation was average. Health benefits were competitive to the market and the company offers a match on 401k.

      Cons

      I have heard from other employees in other locations that their branches of the company are very different than Wheeling Ave in Woburn. The drivers and warehouse employees are Union and unfortunately are on strike. It is unfortunate because it was a great work place and the workers are not at work to provide for their families because their pension got bought out. Good luck to the guys fighting for their jobs!

      Pros

      I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at ABC Supply. The level of appreciation that they show their employees is immeasurable. The company truly stands behind their values, especially when it comes to family! Being apart of the nations largest roofing distributor certainly takes hustle and grind, but I promise that my teams hard work has never gone unrecognized. Working at ABC in Jacksonville, FL has been life changing. If you want opportunities for growth and to be challenged in a positive way...then this is the company for you. It’s a company you want your family to work for.

      Cons

      Genuinely no cons. It’s a demanding job, in the sense that it’s competitive and requires much dedication...along with creative thinking and other skills! They of course give you all the resources you need to be successful. If you don’t have the skills, I promise this company will help develop you. You just have to CARE for your customers and work hard for your branch.
