Pros
The company has good benefits and does well as a business. The employees work hard at their jobs.
Cons
The company has poor management. Mistakes are being made at the store and billing level. The managers delegate their responsibilities to their employees. From an accounting perspective, errors are made and the store branches are not being held accountable. Upper management doesn't enforce the branches to "clean up" their accounting errors and billing errors. Also in my role in the billing department (in Berlin, CT), my responsibilities changed 3 times which a sign they are unclear and mismanaged. They hire managers that have very poor skills to be in that position which deteriorates morale and motivation. The billing department itself in the Berlin, CT office has a high turnover rate due to poor management. And ABC doesn't seem to care about these incompetent managers.
